At Bold Bean Co, we want you to love every jar, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please notify our team within 14 days of receipt to ensure we can resolve any issues with your order promptly.
Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your beans.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged or faulty goods, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product labels to your email.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code or confirm your eligibility for a refund.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh batch of beans to your door or process a full refund to your original payment method.
